We ingest raw 13F-HR filings directly from the SEC EDGAR system. Our backend maps CUSIP identifiers to active equity tickers, corrects reporting anomalies, and tracks quarterly transitions across top-tier asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices.

2. Ingest & Synthesize

Mondegar AI filters transactions by dollar magnitude, sector weights, and position entry types. Instead of displaying a static list of filings, we compute:

Through our conversational interface, users can query our normalized 13F datasets in natural language. Unlike generic chatbots, Mondegar AI uses a custom grounding pipeline that injects verified filing data into the prompt context before generating answers, preventing artificial hallucinations.

We believe in absolute transparency regarding financial reporting limitations:

• Filing Lag: Under SEC guidelines, institutions are allowed up to 45 days after a calendar quarter-end to submit their 13F reports. The data shown on our platform represents a historical snapshot, not real-time holdings.
• Long-Only Focus: 13F filings disclose long equity positions, including shares and options. Short positions, cash balances, foreign holdings, and non-equity holdings are excluded.
