Terms of Service

By accessing, browsing, or using Mondegar AI, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from accessing or using the Service.

Mondegar AI is an editorial analytics, narrative tracking, and investment simulation platform. We aggregate public SEC 13F-HR filings, present them as charts, timelines, and consensus rankings, and generate narrative summaries via AI language models.

• No Financial or Investment Advice: We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, dealer, or financial planner.
• No Endorsements: Nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, accounting, or commercial advice. None of the content, consensus calculations, AI commentary, charts, or watchlist features constitute a recommendation, solicitation, or endorsement to buy, sell, or hold any security.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and due diligence. You should verify all raw metrics and official filings independently before executing any financial transaction.

• You may create only one account per person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your sign-in credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• We reserve the right to suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that abuse the Service (e.g., unauthorized automated data-scraping, bot access, or quota bypasses).

• Mondegar does not offer an ongoing Free research plan. Subscriber research requires active Pro access, an eligible subscription trial, or a time-limited transition grant. Public marketing previews and account, support and legal pages remain available without a subscription.
• Eligible new subscribers may receive one introductory trial lasting one calendar month. A payment method and authorization for recurring billing are required before the trial begins. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your selected monthly or annual subscription begins billing automatically at the price disclosed during enrollment, plus applicable taxes. Eligibility and the exact end date are confirmed by the billing provider; a prior trial or subscription can make you ineligible. Creating an account alone does not start a trial or authorize a charge.
• Eligible existing Free accounts receive a one-time 30-day transition access period from our announced rollout date. Your account shows its actual end date. This transition does not renew, require a payment method, or authorize any automatic charge. To continue research access after it ends, you must choose a paid subscription and authorize payment. Transition access does not grant an additional introductory subscription trial.
• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually by the provider used at signup: Stripe for website purchases or Apple for App Store purchases. The price, billing interval and any offer terms are shown before you confirm your subscription.
• Optional promotional offers apply only when accepted and confirmed by the applicable billing provider. Stripe promotion codes are for eligible website offers; Apple offer codes are separate and must be redeemed with Apple. Offer availability, duration, eligibility and subsequent renewal pricing are shown when redeemed. No ongoing promotion is guaranteed.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the then-current billing period.
• Manage subscription is available in your Mondegar account on web and iOS. Billing changes are handled by the original provider. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end date shown by that provider. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• For website purchases, we offer a 14-day full refund on your first paid period. After that, web subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Apple handles App Store refund requests under its applicable terms and consumer protections. You can request an Apple refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We may change pricing on 30 days' notice. Any change applies to your next renewal, never retroactively.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the Service beyond personal, non-redistribution use.
• Use the AI chat or summaries to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content.
• Resell, sublicense, or republish the Service's derivative editorial output (chat answers, AI summaries, consensus rankings) without our explicit written permission.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security or authentication systems of the Service.
• Use the Service to make automated trading decisions without independent verification of the underlying data.

• Public Data: 13F filings are public information published by the SEC. We do not claim ownership of the underlying filing data.
• Our Work: The editorial presentation, AI summaries, consensus calculations, design, code, and brand of the Service are owned by Mondegar AI and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-redistribution purposes only.
• Your Input: Questions you submit to the chat are processed to generate answers. Do not submit confidential or trade-secret information.

• 13F Limitations: 13F filings disclose long equity positions only. Short positions, foreign equities, cash, and most derivatives are excluded. Filings can lag up to 45 days from the report date.
• AI Tolerances: AI-powered summaries and chat interpretations are generated through deep language models grounded strictly in historical filing data. While designed to eliminate hallucination, AI outputs may still contain historical or mathematical inaccuracies.
• As-Is Warranty: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mondegar AI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment returns. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or US $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Mondegar AI and its operators harmless from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
